A professional 2-man delivery team will bring the sofa into your home, unwrap and assemble it in your chosen room, and remove all packaging.

I live in a block of flats without a lift?

Mention your floor level in the order comment box. A carry charge may apply if there are more than two flights of stairs.

What is the estimated delivery time?

In-stock sofas deliver within 5-7 days from order. Made-to-order sofas take approximately 4-7 weeks from order to delivery.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, delivery services are only available within the UK.

Can you dispose of my old sofa?

Yes, old sofas can be responsibly disposed of for a charge of £100+VAT per sofa on the same day as your new delivery.

Is it possible to reschedule my delivery?

You can reschedule delivery once without fees by informing us the previous working day.

Can I update my delivery address?

Contact customer service to update your address. Charges may apply if the new address is in a different delivery zone.

How can I make an additional payment?

Pay extra fees via bank transfer or cash on delivery. Arrange cash on delivery with customer service in writing before delivery.
